Property Watch

We offer Property Watch Service as part of Copper Key Concierge, providing routine inspections and tasks at vacant properties while the owner is away. We check for leaks, rodents, and mold, and provide a degree of security to the vacant home by collecting junk mail and leaflets and establishing a presence in the empty house.

We can also set up lighting on timers around the house, pick up packages, and water plants. We’ll set up routine landscaping/lawn care appointments and meet with vendors. We’ve even brought in a few key pieces of furniture & decor near a window to make the home look lived in!

Our background in property management means we are experienced in not only preventative and annual home maintenance, but also have a trained eye to look for items of concern before they become issues. We have a network of proven vendors if needed, all of which are all licensed, bonded, and insured. House reports are provided to the owners as frequently as they would like
